EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Kay T Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Perishable goods or hygiene-sensitive items 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, Kay T Clothing will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original method of payment

  • Please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).

Exchanges

Kay T Clothing only replaces items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us at kaytclothing@outlook.com.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service; Kay T Clothing is not responsible for lost return shipments

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact Kay T Clothing within 3 days of delivery with photos in order for us to resolve the issue quickly.
